Corfe Traffic News

15 July 2024 – Alex Forster – Tilhill Forestry – on behalf of Corfe Estate

As part of essential roadside tree management, we need to remove a number of trees that are subject to Ash Die Back that run along the road above Corfe and before the Taunton & Pickeridge Golf Couse turning on the B3170.

Our contractors have agreed a maximum three-week window with the Highways Agency commencing on Monday 15th July although we very much hope that the work will be completed quicker than that.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but hope everyone understands that the work being undertaken is in the interests of motorists’ safety.
