Join Us at this Year’s Spring Flower Show!

The Corfe & Pitminster Garden Society (C&PGS) warmly invite you to their OPEN TO ALL SPRING FLOWER SHOW on Saturday 30 March at the Corfe Village Hall.
Everyone is welcome to enter and/or attend.

There are sections for Flowers, Plants, Floral Art, Photography, Baking, and Children

Look out for the leaflet/entry form coming through your letterbox, or contact Sheila on 07880 793066

Please deliver your completed entry forms and monies in an envelope marked C&PGS by Wednesday 27 March to the porch of either:

1 Adcombe View, Pitminster Road, Corfe  TA3 7DD; or
2 Bowldish, Adcombe Lane Corfe TA3 7DG

The timings on the day are as follows:

8.45am – Competitors set up entries and collect cards from the desk. There is help setting up if you are “new” to exhibiting.
10.45am: The Village Hall will be cleared for judging.

11am: Judging, during which time the hall will closed to entrants and the public.
2.30pm: The show opens to all, with the sale of raffle tickets and afternoon tea served until 4pm.
4pm: Prize Giving and Raffle.

If you would like to donate a cake for afternoon tea, it would be greatly appreciated. Any cakes that are left over may be taken by maker or sold.
